General Questions
How long does it take to build a website?
Most websites are completed within 14-21 days, depending on complexity and content readiness. Starter websites typically take 7 days, while Growth and Premium packages may take 10-14 days. We'll provide a specific timeline during our initial consultation.
Do you write the copy/content for the website?
Our Premium package includes sales copy guidance where we help shape your messaging for maximum impact. However, you'll provide the core content (text, images). We can also recommend professional copywriters if needed.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Absolutely. Every website we build is designed mobile-first and fully responsive. It will look and function perfectly on iPhones, Android phones, tablets, and desktops. We test on multiple devices before launch.
Can you redesign my current website?
Yes! Website redesigns are one of our most popular services. We'll give your site a complete makeover with modern design, better functionality, and conversion-focused improvements. We can often keep your existing domain and content.
What platforms do you build on?
We build on modern, professional platforms that are easy to manage. We'll recommend the best option for your specific needs. All our sites are custom-coded for maximum performance and flexibility.
Pricing & Payment
How much does a website cost?
Our packages start at $1,499 for a Starter website and go up to $4,499 for a Premium website system. The price depends on the number of pages, features, and level of strategy involved. We also offer monthly care plans starting at $97/month.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! For projects over $1,000, we offer payment plans split into 2-3 installments. 50% is due at signing, with remaining payments due at milestones throughout the project.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. For larger projects, we can also arrange ACH payments.
Are there any ongoing costs?
The website itself is a one-time cost. Ongoing costs include optional hosting (if you want us to manage it) starting at $25/month, and optional care plans for ongoing support and updates. These are completely optional.
Support & Maintenance
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes! All packages include post-launch support. The Starter package includes 14 days of support, Growth includes 30 days, and Premium includes 30 days plus ongoing options. We also offer Care Plans for ongoing assistance.
What do you need from me to get started?
We'll need your brand assets (logo, colors, images), content (text for each page), and any specific features or goals you want to achieve. Don't worry if you don't have everything ready—we'll guide you through the process and can help with professional stock photos.
Do you offer hosting or maintenance?
Yes! We offer optional hosting and care plans. Our Care Plan ($97/month) includes hosting, security updates, backups, uptime monitoring, and small content edits. Our Growth Retainer ($297/month) adds landing pages, SEO updates, and monthly strategy calls.
What happens if my website goes down?
If you're on a Care Plan, we monitor your site 24/7 and will be notified immediately if there's an issue. For sites not on a care plan, we respond to emergency support requests within 24 hours.
The Process
Who owns my domain and website?
You do! Your domain and website are 100% yours. We assist with setup and configuration, but you maintain full ownership. Once the project is paid in full, all assets are transferred to you. You'll receive all login credentials and can manage everything directly—or let us help with ongoing maintenance if you prefer.
How does the process work?
It starts with a free discovery call where we learn about your business. Then we create a proposal, you approve, we sign contracts, and we begin with design mockups. From there, we build, review, revise, and launch. The entire process typically takes 14-21 days.
How many revisions are included?
Starter packages include 1 revision round, Growth includes 2-3 rounds, and Premium includes unlimited revisions. Revision rounds cover design changes, content adjustments, and feature modifications.
Will I be able to make changes myself?
Yes! We build websites that are easy to manage. We'll provide login credentials and a brief training on how to update text, images, and basic content. For significant changes, we're always here to help.
What if I need changes after launch?
Small edits are often included in your post-launch support. For larger changes, we offer hourly rates or can discuss a care plan. Most clients find the Care Plan to be the most cost-effective solution for ongoing needs.
